Mr. Sinclair is a Program Officer for CIC's Global Peace Operations program and a contributor to the Annual Review of Global Peace Operations. His research interests include security sector reform and broader issues and dilemmas facing peacekeeping, peacebuilding and statebuilding interventions. Prior to joining CIC, Mr. Sinclair served in the Peace Corps in Jordan and worked with Security Council Report, UNRWA, and the US Mission to the UN. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
