Emily O'Brien is a Program Officer at CIC. She holds an M.Phil. in International Relations from Oxford University. Emily obtained her Bachelor's degree from Amherst College, where she majored in History and Asian Languages and Civilizations. Prior to joining CIC, she worked and interned with the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, the Century Foundation and the EastWest Institute.
