Megan Gleason is a Senior Program Officer with the Global Peace Operations Program at CIC. Her research interests include peace operations, political settlements, emerging power engagement on development and security issues, and post-conflict peacebuilding and statebuilding.

She holds a Master of Science in International Relations from New York University's Center for Global Affairs and Bachelors degrees in Finance and Political Science from Rutgers University. Prior to joining CIC, Megan conducted research on United Nations reform, including the UN peacebuilding architecture and Security Council reform, as well as high-level appointments and elections in multilateral organizations.
