Morgan Hughes holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from New York University. She obtained a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, where she double majored in East Asian Studies (China) and History. In addition, she has studied at National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) and Columbia University. Prior to joining CIC, she worked and interned with the International Rescue Committee, World Affairs Council, Cambodia Schools Project, Cambodia Project Initiative, and Asia Society in both Washington, DC and New York. She has a conversational knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
