Mr. Tortolani is a Research Associate in the International Security Institutions program at CIC. His work focuses on peacekeeping operations and the evolution of multilateral security arrangements. Mr. Tortolani holds a Master of Science in International Relations from New York University's Center for Global Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
