Sandra Khalil is a Program Administrator at the Center on International Cooperation (CIC) and manages the administrative operations for the CIC director, including for Pathfinders.
Sandra previously worked in the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs’ USUN office. She helped manage a portfolio of professional exchanges for current and emerging foreign leaders in alignment with US foreign policy goals. Prior to joining CIC, she worked in municipal and nonprofit roles advocating for historically underrepresented communities.
Sandra holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Arabic from Binghamton University and is currently earning her Master’s degree at the New York University Center for Global Affairs.
